Child and Adolescent Trauma Therapy
Child and adolescent trauma therapy is a specialized, supportive space for young people and their families to heal from difficult experiences. I'm trained in two leading, evidence-based methods—Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and attachment therapy—that help children process trauma and build a foundation of resilience.
